I am a board certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. With a strong foundation in both nursing and psychiatric practice, I specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD and trauma related disorders.
My approach is rooted in holistic, person-centered care combining psychotherapy, psychopharmacology and lifestyle support to help patients achieve emotional wellness and long-term stability.
